write IEEE not overwriting IEEE address

Using cc2652RB stick and trying to reprogram the IEEE address to use it in my existing infrastructure. The image i have used to test flashing is znp_CC2652RB_20200715.bin This image turns on the led's as stated on the website, that worked nicely.

When i write the IEEE address i want the stick to have, it is reverted when "Restarting Zigbee" The message is "All is OK. Restarting Zigbee .."
