Add P4P to project requirements
We will soon want to have pvAccess support available and ready to go upon installation of PyDM. This will require adding a package supporting pvAccess, starting with P4P. Will need to figure out an issue causing an incompatibility between pyepics and P4P as seen here before this can be added as it is non-functional on Windows until this is resolved.
(Setting the PYEPICS_LIBCA
environment variable on Windows only would work, but would like to see if there is a better way first)
Maybe we could just add p4p as an optional dependency, and if it is not installed, don’t bother loading the PVAccess data plugin.
