Sparkline Widget Implementation ENH

What's the problem this feature will solve? There is not a good way to display trend lines for multiple pvs.

Describe the solution you'd like Implementation of a "sparkline" widget. Sparklines are a powerful modern display tool that portrays a bare bone trendline. This compact widget also contains information on alarm limits by use of the background. Using multiple of these widgets on a page, operators will be able to quickly asses trends across multiple pvs. See below for example
