New feature of toggle action

What's the problem this feature will solve?

We need the switch action in our work, e.g. the first time we press the button, the pv changes to '1' , and the second time we press it, pv changes to 0. But we could not find a proper widget implementing the function now. Describe the solution you'd like

A new toggle button could be added. Additional context
