Let Modules add URL's to the sitemap.php

now it reads just the 'config/phpwcms/sitemap.custom.ini' into the sitemap. would be nice to have a check for a similar file in every module or - even better - to look in a certain directory (content/tmp) for uniqe named files, so the module (or phpwcms) can add/write in these files.
