RTM tests fail occasionally

Description

Even though it has nothing to do with additional changes, some tests in slacktest/rtm_test.go fail occasionally.

e.g.

    rtm_test.go:34: 
        	Error Trace:	rtm_test.go:34
        	Error:      	did not get connected event in time
        	Test:       	TestRTMInfo
