Bug - Svgs of the features are not showing, while running easy to use doc code

Issue

The issue is when you run the code at the easy-to-use block in the doc section it will mess with the UI layout and the SVGs of various features like Bold, Italic, etc, will not show for one of the themes called Bubble. This is not a browser-specific issue since I have also tried it on browsers other than Chrome.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to the link https://quilljs.com/docs/why-quill#easy-to-use
2. Click on Run Code
3. Change the theme from snow to bubble.

Possible Solution

I have not investigated much about the code base, so precisely I can't say which file to change but once I'll get some time, will look at this and solve it myself, if not taken by anyone.
