Steps for Reproduction
1.Open URL: Quickstart - Quill Rich Text Editor (quilljs.com) 2.Paste the code present in the 'Additional Notes'. 3.Navigate to Run code and activate it using Enter key. 4.Navigate to Edit field. 5.Verify whether screen reader announces associated label name for edit field or not.

Expected behavior:
Label for the edit field should be programmatically associated under 'Access Request'. Ex: Screen reader should announce 'Custom Message edit field'.
Actual behavior:
Label for the edit field is not programmatically associated under 'Access Request'. Observation: Screen reader is announcing 'Edit type & Text'.
