Add new icon for code-block

I was just trying out Quill and I like its simplicity. However, I need code (formats selected word as Courier/code style) and code-block (wraps entire paragraph in <pre> element) formatting for my visitors, so having distinct buttons is a necessity.

Seeing this comment from 2016 ("difficult".. seriously?), this issue from 2020 and this PR from 2023, along with 67 other open pull requests makes me want to cry. Seems that this project is no longer maintained... 😢
