[Enhancement] Automatically create links from URLs

Allowing users to type or paste URLs and then use the spacebar or line return (Enter) to automatically have the URLs turn into links would save content editors time and align with other RTE tools' behavior.

Steps for Reproduction

1. Type or paste a URL such as https://somedomain.com, somedomain.com, or https://somedomain.com:9111/something, etc.
2. Use the Spacebar or Enter keys with the cursor located immediately after the URL.
3. The URL becomes a link. Both the URL and Description values of the link match the URL typed or pasted.
