Change project name/branding to allow discovery

This is a great effort compared to the "official" version, but completely impossible to find even with great google fu.

I only happened to find it when I was linked by another helpful user on the official repo issues.

Can we consider a name change so other users can reference/find this awesome project?

Hi @v00d00 - thanks! Glad you're finding it useful. As I understand it, HashiCorp are currently adding headcount to be able to properly support the official Kubernetes provider. I'm hopeful it will be brought up to spec soon and this fork can fade away.

Thanks @beatcracker - thanks, and you're welcome. I don't have a patreon (or similar) setup, but maybe I'll see you at a conference some day and would welcome a cold beer. I'll be at GCP Next next week and hopefully I can make it to HashiConf EU or US again this year.
