Visual changes to Accordion (Magister)

Provide a general summary of the feature here

If possible (within accessibility guidelines) we would like to make the following changes to the accordion component:

1. We usually use a chevron for opening and closing (not the plus and the minus); this currently looks inconsistent
2. If possible, we would like for the bottom item of the accordion list to not have a divider line, as this messes up the use of an accordion in a card
3. The title could be smaller, it takes up a lot of space currently
4. The accordion items could be decreased in height
5. Figma bug: Title should be set to fill

(sorry for the github spam, I gathered these over time on my to do list :) )
