Support for sub-categories?

In Wordpress, my categories look like this:

• Posts
  • Journaling
  • Development
• Clips
  • Favorites

Via Markpress, I'm able to set the category to Clips or to Posts, but I can't seem to figure out how to set the category to Posts/Journaling.

If I try putting Posts/Journaling in at the top of the Markdown file, it creates a new category called Posts/Journaling, so the category list now looks like:

• Posts
  • Journaling
  • Development
• Clips
  • Favorites
• Posts/Journaling

Would deeply appreciate any guidance around this.
