Run code without come back to shell interface

When I run code like python, it will always back to shell interface and I have to press Enter again back to vim and see the quickfix, is there any way to stop this?

Previously I had no such problem, but after downgrade from Ubuntu Server 18.04 to Ubuntu Server 16.04 I faced with that too

What is your vim version ?? Don't use vim 7.4, choose 8.0+ instead.
