These issues have nothing to do with the installer.

Is this still an issue? I can't personally reproduce this on my end, tried to install using both Prism Launcher and our installer.

Closing since there hasn't been a response in a while. The mods in the resource packs screen was a Quilt issue, but I'm no longer maintaining Quilt as of recent so it's not something I can fix.
