Feature: Latency tests in sky-bench

Description I think I saw this in discussion #251, and I think it'll be great if we could have latency tests in sky-bench. I mean without a doubt Skytable is really fast but latency tests (P99) would be a good thing to have too. For what it's worth, I have done latency tests with Skytable and it has always been in the sub millisecond zone for a 1 gigabit network and as low as 150 micros at times, which is amazing!

Yup, agreed. This will be released in the next version.

Latency tests have been added. Histograms will be added at a later date.
