Describe the bug i don't know why it's happen. but the stream goes black per seconds

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Client 32 bit does stream
2. Client 64 bit see stream

Expected behavior no clip clip

• OS: Win 7 32 bit, and win 10 64 bit
• Version 32 pre release, and release newest
