[gui] ERROR - isOkay failed

Issue details

I have debuggable apk in phone (samsung duo j7), enabled usb debug, selected app to debug, set wait for debug, run app and got window wit title "Waiting For Debugger". In jadx-gui I see pid of process, press Lauch App and got "ERROR - isOkay failed"
