Delete obsolete live tracking information

At the moment we keep live tracking information indefinitely. This not only makes our database slow, it is also incompatible with the GDPR rules, that require us to "automatically delete data that your business no longer has any use for".

We should have e.g. celery run a script every few days that removes live tracking information that is old than 2 weeks.
