Show a specific error message when an unsupported version error occurs

Right now the server disconnects the plugin if they cannot agree on a protocol version to use. The plugin just shows a generic "connection lost" message. A better user experience would be to tell the user that they should update their plugin and Skyline CLI to the latest version.
