The game needs to be updated. I can personally confirm it indeed does work but there is no easy way to do that (sak or nscb wont work). Just wait for update support

You need to dump them from your switch and then follow guide on discord.
every time I enter it leaves at the same time, I've looked for people trying to play but I only find The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth
Dumping the base game from the switch and also getting the Afterbirth+ 1.3 update, and then combining those into one NSP by the script provided on the discord server, now it runs perfectly fine. It has input lag, yes. But it's playable.
BUT! No other version after 1.3 works. Those require new FW versions on the switch.

Is this still working for you? I'm not having any luck with any of the Afterbirth+ files, I can only get Rebirth to work.
On Edge V15 and it's still crashing seemingly at random. Music continues, everything else stops, updated to 1.6.
Still instantly closes after launching for me. Tried countless versions, before 1.3 to newest. 6 different drivers. HH/docked. Nothing.
Certainly not "playable" by any means now.
Even the 1.7.2 Repentance version still crashes at random. Absolutely flawless EXCEPT for the random crash. We're so close T-T
Edge V23 fixed the deadlock this game was suffering from. It's now completely playable as far as I have tested.
