Pokemon Emerald Sound Effects Sound Wrong

This probably affects other Pokemon games, Emerald is just the one I checked. Various sound effects (really, anything using the GB PSG channels) just sound wrong. An easy one to listen to is the sound effect for leaving/entering a building.

Thanks for filling the issue. The PSGs are probably one of the areas that I am least happy with currently. I'm in the process of rewriting them for the next stable build, which should improve the situation a lot. It will take a little bit of time, but I'll post an update here when something is testable.

I merged the new APU implementation, which can be tested here: https://github.com/skylersaleh/SkyEmu/pull/40 This issue should be fixed now.
