Can't export save files from Safari

Trying to export saves from iOS 17.1 Safari results in an error message.

Safari can't open the page

The error was: "The operation couldn't be completed. (WebKitBlobresource error 1.)".

I have Lockdown Mode enabled on my device, but I have disabled it on the site.
