Preferences: Clarify what "Capsule icon" setting does

The Capsule icon setting is not honoured when setting to "NO" in the preferences

This is the case even after a restart of the application, though the setting remains the chosen value.

This setting is unfortunately ambiguously presented in the UI. Previously it was under a subheading that clarified it's about the visual elements on the sides of the page. The icon in the top banner has never been affected by this.

The capsule icon that this setting affects is the one that appears on the left side of the page when the window is wide enough and the page has been scrolled down.

Would you like to change this into a feature request? I suppose then it would be a toggle to hide or show the page top banner?
