Subscription type for "new links"

Currently Lagrange allows for subscribing to pages based on dated links (Gemini feed) and new headings. Having the ability to subscribe to pages with new links that are not necessarily dated would be nice.

Even better would be the ability to restrict to links only under a certain header of a page, to avoid unwanted links.

I can see the value in this. The feed entry tracking system will need a few improvements to make this work, but it anyway needs some fixing.

Totally in favor of this, many newcomers just dont follow the "yyyy-mm-dd links" scheme and just post links to their gemlog entries in various formats.

@skyjake I dont mean to be pushy, but do you have this on the roadmap? ... maybe? Would so much love that feature.

There is no set roadmap as such, but new subscription types would be a nice feature for v1.15 (new links; any page content change).
