Paginated view mode

Reading text in some contexts, such as a Gempub on a tablet, would be most natural using a paginated view mode instead of vertical scrolling.

• [ ] An option should be added for switching between scrolling and pagination.
• [ ] Gempubs should automatically use pagination (user preference?).

This issue continues the work from #255.
