并不输出log文件，而且时不时DNS解析应答会变成REFUSE

经测试， 没有输出log是因为没有这行log-level. 它甚至都没有生成log文件。 建议一般来说缺省设置的话，还是应该建立log文件，并且在启动和关闭的时候，输出一点精简的信息到log？ 至于解析变成REFUSE (pihole显示)的问题，我需要继续观察一下原因
