skydive-selinux-tests should run the automation framework

Currently, skydive-selinux-tests run the agent through the ./functionals executable. Therefore, the agent SElinux policy is not tested : access to libvirt socket, docker socket, etc....

run-selinux-tests should run scripts/tests.sh instead
