It seems I'm not able to connect to a proxy server as I am normally able to.

_pk=03773464102a7fcb9021962a4a6cf3c6a23739a8720e8b43280b1fd078cfbd6bfb ; skywire cli tp ad^C-ft stcpr  $_pk && skywire cli proxy start -k $_pk

The transport can be created, setup-node can be reached, but it seems as though setup-node isn't able to connect to a certain visor. I'm not really sure what the issue is.

I've run into this issue before and I managed to just keep retrying until it worked. However, it's not working now after an excessive number of tries

After restarting the setup-node, the remote visor, and my local visor again,, it finally worked. But we should further examine the root cause of this error
