Issue on systray logs on windows

Describe the bug We have some logs on Windows systray (as .msi installer), but work well all menus! Bellow messages repeatedly print on powershell logs. I guess related to list of VPN servers, but should investigate more.

2023/12/11 17:37:08 Unable to addOrUpdateMenuItem: The operation completed successfully.

Note: no urgent for v1.3.14 release, but be good if solve for next release.
