Return the PK of the remote visors with ports connected with REV

When a connection to a remote port is made with skywire-cli rev and the skywire-cli rev -l is called, the list of remote ports returns the ID, local port and remote port. However, the public key of the remote visor should be returned too.

The info is not available in the appnet.ForwardConn struct
