The dmsghttp-config implementation is designed as a workaround for Chinese users to be able to connect to the production deployment over dmsg ; however there are several changes in the behavior of the visor which are activated by this configuration which should be able to be configured separately, at least for testing purposes.

It would be preferable for non-Chinese users or for testing purposes to enable the use of sudph transports with the dmsghttp-config.

We can still have sudph transports disabled by default with the dmsghttp-config, but we should have a way to override this and allow the use of sudph transports with the dmsghttp-config.
