trouble when attempting to re-establish the same connection when restarting the visor

Perhaps symptomatic of an unclean exit, or perhaps the transport was not closed properly

my attempt was to (re)use this feature:

after having initially used it and stopped it, possibly restarting the visor between the first and second attempt, possibly interrupting the first successful attempt by restarting the visor. I'm certain the visor was allowed to gracefully exit instead of having a violent death, but it seems things get stuck on subsequent attempts here:

this repeats indefinitely. And there is no way to kill it from the cli or the ui currently. And restarting it doesn't seem to help but if you back off for a while a while and then try again, it works.
