Reachability / Ping test for skywire - `skywire-cli visor test`

We need a skywire-cli command to preform the following test:

For [any given or all] skywire visor public keys (specified by flag / arguments)

  • Create route, from a local visor back to itself which goes through the given visor public key

  • Send N kilobytes of data (specified by flag)

  • Close route

  • Repeat X times per public key (specified by flag)

  • output data as json or CLI log
