Dmsgpty ui not available for windows

The button for launching the dmsgpty terminal is not available on windows.

This seems to have been a conscious decision, however it was never documented, and its absence comes as a suprise to some users.

Do we plan to make it work correctly on windows or will this remain unsupported?
