Text entry delay / lag for dmsgpty cli & UI

When typing into the dmsgpty session, either dmsgpty-cli or the dmsgpty-UI there is a delay on text entry from typing, for every keypress, generally less than 1 second, but still a significant performance lag compared to even a ssh session.

This delay is not present when copy / pasting commands.

Perhaps there should be a way that the keystrokes are cached and entered as a group instead of forming a queue and only appearing one at a time after slight delays.

At the very least, certain special characters / key combinations such as ctrl+c and arrow keys should be evaluated more quickly.
