Add improvements to the UI

[ ] It should not be possible to close the modal windows while an operation is being made.

[ ] Various design improvements should be migrated from the VPN client to the Hypervisor UI.

[ ] Basic automatic integration tests should be added to the Skywire manager.

[ ] The persistent data in the manager should be saved tied to the hypervisor public key and not just the URL.

[ ] The elements in the visor list should be links, to allow open the details in a new tab.

[ ] The option menu for the labeled elements should have an option for opening the list of labeled elements.

[ ] Make it possible to close the confirmation modal windows by pressing Esc.

[ ] The persistent data should be saved tied to the visor PK, not just the URL.

[ ] As the VPN client is and app for the general public, it would be good to add an “about us” page.
