Create diagnostics script for Skybian boards

Feature request

We should ship a diagnostics script with Skybian that allows users to collect a range of diagnostic information on the Skybian version, upadates and logs etc with calling just one command. Optimally it would also ship upload these to a pastebin like service and output link of the paste.
