Test function that tests regardless of its inputs' types.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. If we ever need to assert that two argument's byte representations are the same regardless of their types, none of the current test functions can help.

Describe the solution you'd like We need a test function that doesn't care about it's inputs' types.
