Implement "cx test" command
Make file "cx tests" runs the cx tests and reports the result.
Find out how to run tests with "cx tests" command.
0> Before the tests are run, print the cx version and operating system on the first line 1> Try to search for $home/go/src/skycoin/cx and then test directory 2> Else check if ENV GOPATH/GOROOT is set and look in those directories fnr for skycoin/cx and the test files
Hi @SkycoinSynth, I gave project 5-10 minutes and i have done few points.
These points are printed before running test as stated in issue.
