Fix huge performance issue on Chrome 135.0.7049.85

Since Chrome 135.0.7049.85 on Windows, there are huge rendering delays in the UI, making it barely usable in channels with lots of messages. It seems messages including images worsen the situation.

Issue was caused by large avatasr being used (eg 20k pixels wide). An image-shrinker should be used when setting an avatar
