The scrollbar in RTK connections dialog is ugly (at least on Windows)

It's too close to the content (at least on Windows), see the image below (taken by @vasarhelyi on win10). The dialog could also be slightly larger.

Note that on the other hand no right padding would be needed on non-Windows platforms so the best would be to find a way (in pure CSS) to force the style of the scrollbar to be the same as on macOS and Linux (overlaid on top of the scrollable area).

I agree. Could anyone test it on Windows 11? Does that also have these ugly scrollbars? If not, then we could even close this ticket. Microsoft delayed EOL for Win10, but only until mid-October is I'm not mistaken.
