pawns won't use melee weapons in melee if ranged is available

Glass has the electric baton manually equipped, but when cooldown ticks down, he will switch to rifle and bash the enemy with it instead.
That's due to batons having a unique modifier that doesn't rely on raw damage that which isn't taken into account into when simple side-arms mod auto-switching to best melee weapon option being enabled, as that mod generally looks for whatever has the best melee dps more often than not it's probably the rifle vs the electric baton. Perhaps they could be buffed a tiny bit, so that they're slightly higher than any rifle's raw dps.
