Updated network wiki documentation

Wiki could use some updates regarding how to use nextavailablenetwork stuff. For example, we finally found that to use the next available network you have to use locator stuff: func:nextavailablenetwork:10.0.0.0/8,default,18 Which will then create a "network" in the 10.0.0.0/8 container.
