Custom Headers - Allow them to be enabled / disabled

When persisting the custom headers (another issue), it would be nice to have a checkbox, to enable/disable them, so we could jump from one setting to another more easily.

Sometime we need to try some requests with some keys/headers, and it would be nice to be able to enable/disable them easily, without the need of filling all of it again.
