response pane: visual hint when the response is old (previous) or do not match parameters

Is useful to have some visual hint (maybe fading out the codemirror) that the response being displayed is not actual (stale). A response can be "stale" when we are seeing a previous response (choosing option via previous responses dropdown) or when the parameters are not the ones used before (by using "open in explorer").
