I have another suggestion shuffleObjects.js Please update this script with a look dialog box. I am using drag-and-drop theory for running the script. It is so difficult.

I think shuffling would be fine by repeating the Undo command. I recommend using ScripshonTrees to run the script. It is like the Scripts panel in InDesign. If you are not using it, give it a try. You can run scripts with ease. Alternatively, you can run the script from an action.
