Add skupper command line in Web terminal operator

Feature request It will be useful to have the command line integrated with the Web terminal Operator

Describe the solution you'd like Once the user is logged in OpenShift cluster Install the Web Terminal Operator Access the terminal skupper init (will work as expected)

Describe alternatives you've considered Right now the users are required to install the skupper command line.
