before_widget & after_widget missing

Hi!

Very nice helper class, with clean codes and helpful fields, thanks for your work! Just wanted to let you know that the widget() function was missing $args['before_widget'] and $args['after_widget'] to generate the opening and closing HTML tags for the widget.
