Replace xlink:title in SVG repr of data ops

As a side note, as xlink:title is deprecated we could edit the SVG to rely on an

element instead but probably not worth the effort.

Opening the issue so it's there, low priority

I think it's better to let graphviz do its thing with the svg generation and not mess with it so I suggest we close this. If using xlink:title was a problem (it isn't in any browser I tried), this would be best addressed in graphviz rather than here
